Thanks for your kind comment, I appreciate it. While I personally disagree with the conclusions that GiveWell drew, I value their perspective and the rigor they bring. And FYI, we have been working for the past 6 months on our whitepaper, which goes much deeper into the same types of questions. We ourselves want to improve, so the public posts were perhaps a bit time intensive, but other than that they were also a good opportunity to explain more. Stay tuned, much more is coming!

And yes, we are definitely spending the vast majority of our time on our research, an announcement about our 2010 plans is overdue!
